Sacred Symptom: Making Meaning of What Hurts

Join us on Sunday, April 27th at 10 AM EST
for a live Zoom gathering where we explore pain—not just physical, but emotional and mental—as a sacred messenger.

Through gentle movement, guided meditation, metaphor, and group reflection, we’ll reframe what hurts as something meaningful, not something to fight.

This is a shared experience, not a lecture.
To honor the sacredness of this space, we kindly ask that you arrive with your camera on and your presence rooted.

You are not just attending—you are part of the alchemy.

Sacred Symptom: Making Meaning of What Hurts

A ceremonial workshop to shift your relationship with pain—physical, emotional, and beyond.

What if your symptoms weren’t something to fix... but something to understand?
What if your body was speaking in the only language it knew—and that pain was a sacred invitation to listen more deeply?

Sacred Symptom is a 90-minute online ceremony and workshop that invites you into a new relationship with what hurts. Whether your pain lives in your body, your heart, or your mind, this space offers a compassionate reframe—one where symptoms become messengers and discomfort becomes a doorway.

Through gentle somatic movement, guided meditation, journaling, and shared reflection, we’ll explore how pain communicates wisdom. You’ll also learn how to support your nervous system, nourish your tissues, and calm the mind using holistic practices—including nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and rituals that honor your body’s unique needs.

Led by Silvia Hazel (Integrative & Energy Medicine) and Emily Dufrane (Therapeutic + Somatic Support), this workshop blends the science of healing with the sacred art of presence. It’s a space for remembering that healing doesn’t always mean “getting rid of,” but sometimes means learning to listen.

We ask that you arrive with your camera on and presence rooted. This is more than a workshop—it’s a shared experience of being seen, held, and gently transformed.
