Motherhood asks a lot of you.

You give your time, your energy, your body—sometimes without even realizing how much of yourself is going with it. And at some point, it can start to feel like you’ve drifted away from who you were before all of this.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about getting back in touch with yourself again. The version of you that’s still there underneath everything.

Reclamation Motherhood is a space for that. A place where you can reconnect with yourself and move through motherhood feeling more grounded and more like your own person.


Reclamation Motherhood is a self-paced, trauma-informed space designed to help you reconnect with yourself—your body, your inner world, and your sense of autonomy—so you’re not constantly running on empty while trying to show up for your child.

You’ll have 12 weeks to move through everything in your own time, depending on what feels manageable and supportive for you.

Inside, you’ll find a mix of practices and reflections that are meant to help you slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and feel more present in your body again. The work draws from nervous system support, emotional processing, and a more grounded approach to motherhood.

Over time, things can start to feel a little less heavy.

You might notice more space in your day, more clarity in your thoughts, or moments where you actually feel like yourself again.

 

If you’re here, you’re probably already feeling it.

Maybe motherhood has taken over so much that you’re not even sure where you went in all of it. Maybe you’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix, constantly on edge, or just getting through the day because you have to.

You might feel like you’re holding everything together for everyone else, with no real space for yourself. Or like you’ve been stuck in survival mode for so long that you don’t remember what “okay” is supposed to feel like.

Maybe you’ve tried to take care of yourself—rest more, do the things people suggest—but somehow you keep ending up in the same place.

Your system is overwhelmed, and it makes sense that it is. What you need isn’t more pressure to fix yourself—it’s the kind of support that actually meets you where you are.

There’s support for your nervous system, tools to help you handle emotions in a more steady way, and practices that help you feel more connected to your body again. You’ll also have space to reflect on patterns you may have picked up over time, and start to shift them in a way that feels realistic.

The goal isn’t to turn you into a “better” mother.

It’s to help you feel more steady, more supported, and more like yourself again.

And when you feel that way, it naturally changes how things feel at home too.
