Free Live Workshops

Welcome! We're so glad you're here.

Twice each month, Silvia hosts a free live workshop on Zoom, where she dives into topics that help you better understand your body, uncover root causes of symptoms, and take practical steps toward lasting healing.

Each workshop is designed to be educational, approachable, and actionable. Whether you're just beginning your health journey or looking to deepen your understanding, you'll leave with insights you can start applying right away.

We can't wait to see you there!

The Body Is Not Overreacting

A free four-part virtual workshop series with Silvia Hazel exploring the connection between your nervous system, immune system, and gut — and why sometimes the body gets stuck in patterns that are hard to get out of.

Maybe you’ve been told your labs are normal, but you still don’t feel like yourself. Maybe you’re reacting to foods, dealing with ongoing gut symptoms, getting sick more often, or noticing that stress seems to affect your body in ways you can’t quite explain.

Over four sessions, we’ll slow down and connect the dots.

We’ll start with the nervous system and follow the chain from there, looking at how these systems influence one another and what can happen when the body gets stuck in a particular response.

Each week will build on the one before it, so by the end of the series, you’ll have a bigger picture of what may be happening in your body rather than looking at each symptom on its own.

This is a chance to learn, ask questions, and look at your body through a different lens — with more context and a little more understanding of how all the pieces fit together.

Mondays,
October 5, October 12, October 26 and November 2

12:00–12:50 PM ET · Live on Zoom

One sign-up covers all four sessions.

Part 1 Recap: Your Nervous System + Immune System

In our first session, we explored the connection between the nervous system and immune system, and how chronic stress can influence the way the body responds.

We talked about why this connection can be especially important for those experiencing allergies, sensitivities, autoimmune symptoms, or frequent illness, and how it’s possible for the immune system to feel like it’s both overreacting and struggling at the same time.

If you missed the live session, you can watch the recording below and catch up before our next part.

Part 2 Recap: The Bugs Behind the Overdrive

In our second session, we explored the connection between the gut and the nervous system, and how the tiny organisms living in our gut can influence the way the body responds.

We talked about how imbalances in the gut microbiome can contribute to ongoing inflammation, digestive symptoms, and signals that keep the body feeling like it’s on high alert. We also explored why understanding what’s happening in the gut can be an important piece of the puzzle when the body seems stuck in overdrive.
